For the buyer who trains every morning and treats recovery as part of the week, and wants the building to carry that, not a gym membership across town.
This page explains. Whether the building suits you is a separate conversation. Contact the desk at Miami Dossier for the current position on any building we cover.

Our page on the clinical wellness amenity tier in Miami explains where a recovery suite ends and a medical service begins.
It can. 619 Brickell by Nobu states the building is WELL Building certified. Anantara states it meets Florida Green Building standards and is aligned to WELL and Fitwel. Certified means a third party has assessed the building against the standard; aligned means the design follows it. Neither is a promise about your own air or water.
Ask each developer three things in writing. Which certification, at which level, and is it awarded or pending? Which parts of the building does it cover? And what does the association have to do, and pay, to keep it?
Every plunge, sauna and treatment room is equipment that needs staff, maintenance and replacement. Those costs sit in the association budget, or in fees charged per visit, or both. A building with a full floor of recovery rooms has a larger line than one with a gym and a pool.
That is not a reason to avoid one. It is a reason to read the budget before comparing monthly figures across buildings. Ask which services are included, which are billed per session, and who the operator is. Our page on Miami HOA fees explains the lines, and is a doctor on call worth it weighs the most expensive service of all.
A wellness floor is shared; your home is not. Anantara is the only building here that publishes wellness options inside the residence: a sauna, red light and circadian lighting. For a buyer who recovers late at night or early in the morning, that may matter more than the size of the shared floor.
Ask whether those options are standard or upgrades, which lines can take them, and what they add to the price.
619 Brickell by Nobu suits the buyer who wants a full recovery suite, a certified building and the water. You give up a date. See the Nobu dossier and its amenities.
Anantara Residences Miami suits the buyer who wants the largest wellness floor and recovery inside the home, at a lower entry. You give up a residential-only building, since it mixes hotel suites and residences. See the Anantara dossier.
Cipriani Residences Miami suits the buyer who wants a date and a broad spa and sport program in Brickell. You give up choice, with most homes sold. Read whether Cipriani is worth it.
Villa Miami suits the buyer who prefers a thermal spa and studio classes in a building of about 70 homes. You give up a recovery suite of the clinical kind. See the Villa Miami dossier.
The Brickell zone page and the Edgewater zone page place all four. For a household moving from California, read relocating from San Francisco to Edgewater or Brickell. The desk sets the four programs side by side with the budget lines behind them, and asks each developer for the certification status in writing.
