It does not require power to your apartment, your air conditioning or the pool. Everything beyond the minimum is a developer choice, and it is written in the specifications, not the brochure.

Whether the domestic water pumps are covered. Whether the lobby and amenity cooling are covered. Whether the generator can be refuelled during a declared emergency.
