Many new towers offer a residents’ wine room with private lockers. A locker may be a limited common element tied to a residence, sold separately, or rented from the association or an operator. A cellar built inside a residence at Bentley Residences needs insulated walls with a vapour barrier, a dedicated cooling unit, a condensate drain and its own circuit. The condenser has to go where the building allows, and its noise must not reach a bedroom or a neighbour.
