A hyperbaric chamber is a sealed vessel in which air or oxygen is held above atmospheric pressure while a person sits or lies inside; in a residence it is a room sized unit with its own controls, needing floor loading, power and ventilation stated in the specification.
Red light panels are arrays of red and near infrared emitters, wall or ceiling mounted or built into a bed; at Rivage the drawings show a floor to ceiling panel in a room the developer names the wellness chamber.
The Ammortal Chamber is a branded recovery pod that, as its maker describes it, combines red light, pulsed electromagnetic fields, molecular hydrogen and guided meditation in one session. The desk records the description as the maker’s.
The therapy room is a treatment room with a bed, built for a practitioner to come to the residence.

The developer’s drawings of 20 May 2026 place the hyperbaric and Ammortal chamber in a single fifteen by twenty foot room on the living level, beside the wellness chamber, the therapy room and the gym. The developer’s announcement of July 2026 names the Longevity Suite as the residence’s centre and adds circadian lighting throughout, air and water purification and bedrooms it states are optimised for sleep. The desk carries all of it on the residence’s dossier, as stated, with the source and the date, and carries the developer’s line for the home, "more than a residence, more time on earth", as the developer’s.
Ten years ago this equipment lived in clinics and in the homes of a very few athletes. What changed is the equipment, which became smaller and quieter, and the buyer, who arrived in Miami already using it and asked for a room. Developers competing for that buyer answered in the only way that cannot be added later: in the drawings. The Rivage Wellness Penthouse is the fullest statement of it the desk has read in a Miami document; it will not be the last.
The drawings, for which rooms exist and their sizes. The electrical and mechanical specification, for the power, the ventilation and the floor loading each piece needs. The purchase agreement, for whether the equipment is included, specified by make and model, or a provision the buyer furnishes. And the association documents, for any rule on pressurised equipment inside a residence. The desk reads all four with the buyer and says plainly which are answered and which are not.
